Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Infograph, a digital product brand under TempleDecoded. By using the website, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, downloading files, or becoming a Founding Member, you agree to these Terms.

Infograph sells digital educational and informational products, including downloadable infograph packs, PDFs, ZIP files, language variants, and membership-based catalog access. Product availability, pricing, file formats, and included materials may change over time.

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account or attempt unauthorized access.

Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment amount, taxes, and fees. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Digital products may be delivered through account access, download links, email links, or private storage URLs. Download links may expire and may be limited for security. If you face a delivery issue after successful payment, contact us with the order email and payment reference.

Because our products are digital downloads and access may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download links are provided. If duplicate payment, failed delivery, incorrect charge, or technical access failure occurs, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case in good faith.

Purchased products are licensed for personal, educational, and non-commercial use unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share download links, remove branding, claim ownership, or use the files to create competing products.

Founding Membership provides access to eligible current and future catalog items as described on the membership page at the time of purchase. Membership benefits may evolve, but we aim to preserve the core promise of broad catalog access for active Founding Members.

Referral and gift features are provided for genuine personal invitations. You must not use them for spam, harassment, misleading promotions, or unauthorized marketing. We may limit or disable referral access to prevent abuse.

All content, designs, text, layouts, images, branding, files, and product materials are owned by TempleDecoded, its licensors, or its content partners unless otherwise stated. No rights are transferred except the limited usage license granted after purchase.

You agree not to:

• Break, bypass, or interfere with checkout, authentication, download, or access controls.
• Use bots, scraping, or automated downloads without permission.
• Copy, resell, publish, or distribute paid files or private links.
• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or compromise the website or infrastructure.

We work to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, remove, or modify products, pages, prices, offers, and features for operational, legal, security, or business reasons.

Products are provided for educational and informational purposes. While we aim for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempleDecoded and Infograph will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
